General Shipping Information:

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Martinsville, WV.

UPS does not pickup/deliver on weekends and public holidays, please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping service and allow next business day for delivery
Shipping Insurance/Package Protection:
bug + bean kids is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be 100% protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
Should you deselect Route coverage, we are NOT responsible for your package.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you live in an apartment or shared living situation where you do not have an accessible and secure mailbox for USPS or other shipping service we strongly advise that you pay for the "signature confirmation" service. bug + bean kids is not responsible for orders that are not delivered or received by the Customer if the carrier service shows the item to be delivered as per the tracking details. In any transaction with bug + bean kids the Customer is responsible for providing a shipping address that is safe, secure and accessible by USPS and or any other shipping service. bug + bean kids is not responsible for any orders that are stolen or accidentally picked up by another person or persons as we have no control over the shipping address' safety or security, this is the Customers responsibility.

International
All orders outside the US: we provide International carrier options including, DHL, UPS and USPS International. We recommend DHL where possible, but the decision is yours.
The customer is responsible for all international taxes and customs duties owed.
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days, if not sooner.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.
Some items are available for pre-order, in which case, the estimated time until dispatch will be available in the item details. This is only an estimate and maybe sooner/later depending on availability.

Your order says it has been delivered and you say it was not. Unfortunately, this is an issue that only you can resolve. We recommend going to your local USPS office and asking your postal delivery person if they remember delivering the package. 90% of the time, it is either at the local post or was delivered to a neighbor by accident. We cannot refund or send a new order if your tracking says it has been delivered.
Can I update an address if I entered the incorrect one at checkout? If you email ([email protected]) us before your order has been shipped, we will revise this for you at no cost. If your order has already been shipped, we can only resend the order once the original package has been returned to us. To reship an order, we will issue a reshipment invoice that must be paid in full before our team will process.
Wholesale Shipping:
Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be determined based on destination and package weight. Shipping fees will be added to your order invoice.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If packages are returned to bug + bean kids. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
bug + bean kids is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address. We will confirm delivery details such as the provided address, date, tracking number, and carrier, which you can use to investigate.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.

Packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered) may be eligible for an insurance claim.
